We believe in resolving issues fairly and efficiently. Instead of returns, we provide refunds based on the nature of the problem. Please contact us to review your case; no return shipping is required.
2. Problem-Based Refund Solutions
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If an issue is found, contact us within 7 days of delivery at balanceandharmonyllc.official@gmail.com with your order number and evidence (photos/video).
Our resolution is based on the problem type:
